Boozy Frozen Espresso

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brewed espresso, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half 
  • 1/4 cup vodka 
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Whipped cream, for serving, optional

Directions:

  1. Pour the espresso into 2 ice cube trays and freeze until solid, 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Combine the frozen espresso cubes, half-and-half, vodka, coffee liqueur, sugar and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream if using. Serve immediately.
