Ingredients
- ½ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (Optional)
Directions
- Add apple juice, yogurt, cauliflower rice, strawberries, peaches and sugar (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
