Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup quick or regular rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1 ¼ cups oat milk
Directions
- Add spinach, blueberries, oats, maple syrup and oat milk to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.
- Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth.
