Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat plain kefir (see Tip)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Combine kefir, berries, juice, mint to taste and honey in a blender. Process until smooth. (The smoothies will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or in the freezer for up to 3 months.)
