Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries (10 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • Optional add-ins
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup spinach optional

Instructions 

  • Add ingredients in the order listed to the container of a Vitamix blender (or another high-powered blender).
  • Blend, starting on low speed an increasing to high. Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
