BEST TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger)

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds on high, or until creamy.
