Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup milk (almond milk, whole milk, 2% milk, etc.)
  • 3 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 banana frozen
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup greens spinach, kale etc., frozen (optional)

Instructions 

  • Place the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix blender (or another high-powered blender).
  • Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, for 30-60 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
