Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (almond milk, whole milk, 2% milk, etc.)
- 3 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 banana frozen
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup greens spinach, kale etc., frozen (optional)
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in the order listed in the container of a Vitamix blender (or another high-powered blender).
- Blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high, for 30-60 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
- Serve immediately.
