INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (1 pint), halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic reduction (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl or serving dish, combine tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano (or Italian seasoning), salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing into the salad and toss to combine. Top with a drizzle of balsamic reduction (optional).
