Molten Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 gm cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 gm wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 egg
  • 100 gm cubed butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk

How to make Molten Chocolate Cake

  • Step 1. Mix chocolate with flour, baking powder & sodaWhisk together chocolate and flour in a bowl. Add baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
  • Step 2. Beat sugar and butter until creamyIn another bowl, beat sugar and butter till the mixture becomes white and creamy.
  • Step 3. Mix the ingredients to prepare the cake batterAdd milk to the flour, chocolate mixture and whisk well so that no lumps are formed. Now slowly add the egg, sugar mixture to this and beat well till it becomes light and frothy.
  • Step 4. Bake for 10-15 minutes & let it coolPour in ramekins and bake at 220 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or till the top is set. Now remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm!
