Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cup Wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon msg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 egg
• 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 dash virgin olive oil
• 2 cup grated zucchini

How to make Chocolate Zucchini Cake

• Step 1. Preheat oven at 180 C . Grease and dust your baking tray.
• Step 2In a bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and soda bi carb.
• Step 3. In another bowl beat sugar and eggs until light and frothy.
• Step 4Add the oil and vanilla essence.
• Step 5. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients also add the grated Zucchini and chocolate chips. Mix well.
• Step 6. Pour this batter into the baking tin , or two pans.
• Step 7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or till done.
• Step 8. Cool it for a while , cut into slices and serve!
