Biscuit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 gm digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup orange squash
  • 2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 cup mixed fruit jam

How to make Biscuit Cake

  • Step 1. Dip the biscuits in coffee and arrange in a bowlTake a deep bowl, preferably with straight sides. Dip the digestive biscuits in coffee and arrange them in a layer in the bowl.
  • Step 2. Create a layer each of mixed fruit jam, biscuits dipped in orange squash & whipped creamNext, spread mixed fruit jam over these dipped biscuits. Now, make a layer of biscuits dipped in orange squash. Over these biscuits, spread a layer of the whipped cream.
  • Step 3. Make more layers of biscuits dipped in coffee & orange squashMake another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee and spread mixed fruit jam on them. Then, make another layer of biscuits dipped in orange squash and a layer of whipped cream.
  • Step 4. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set perfectlySpread the final cream layer perfectly. Let it set in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Slice and relish with your loved ones.
