Homemade Biscuit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cup biscuit crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 gm cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour

For Garnishing

  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 handful chocolate chips
  • 1 handful almonds

How to make Homemade Biscuit Cake

  • Step 1. Heat up cocoa with milk. Put two tablespoons of cornflour to thicken the mix, add appropriate sugar and heat on low-flame until you get the thick chocolate sauce consistency. Keep it to cool.
  • Step 2. Take a flat container and line it up with biscuits/biscuit crumbs of your choice.
  • Step 3. Put a thick layer of cocoa sauce on the biscuits, and sprinkle some almonds and walnuts.
  • Step 4. Place another layer of biscuits on the sauce and repeat the process until you the last layer with the chocolate sauce which you can decorate with chocolate chips, nuts or other colourful candy or chocolates.
  • Step 5. Deep freeze for 30 minutes, and you’re ready to eat a full blown, decked up biscuit cake!
