- 3 cup mixed dry fruits

How to make Coffee Fruit Cake
- Step 1. Soak mixed dry fruits in coffee mixtureTo prepare this amazingly delicious coffee-flavoured cake, take a large bowl and add mixed dry fruits in it of your choice. Add coffee essence, coffee powder, and milk in it. Mix well all the ingredients and cover the bowl with a cling film and let the dry fruits soak overnight.
- Step 2. Preheat the ovenOn the next day, preheat the oven at 160 degrees C. Then, take a large cake tin and line it with a baking paper. Once done, keep this tin aside.
- Step 3. Prepare the cake batterTo prepare the cake batter, add self-raising flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in the soaked dry fruits mixture and mix well. The cake batter is ready and ready to bake.
- Step 4. Bake the cake for 50-55 minutesPour the cake batter in the cake tin and bake for about 50-55 minutes. Check using a toothpick after 50 minutes. If the cake is still remaining to be baked, cook for about 5-7 minutes and your cake will be done. Enjoy!
