Ingredients:
- 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 2-3 saffron threads
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Method:
- Warm the milk in a small saucepan and add the saffron threads. Let the saffron steep for 5 minutes.
- Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee.
- Froth the saffron-infused milk until it’s nice and creamy.
- Pour the espresso into a mug and add the steamed milk.
- Sweeten with honey or a sprinkle of cardamom if desired.
