Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Vietnamese ground coffee (or strong dark roast)
  • 2-3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Brew strong coffee using a Vietnamese Phin filter or any drip method you prefer.
  2. Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the hot coffee until fully dissolved.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  4. Stir well before drinking to combine the coffee and milk.
