Cafe con Leche (Spanish-Style)

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 shot steamed milk (or more, depending on preference)
  • Sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into a cup.
  2. Steam the milk until it’s hot and frothy, but not too foamy.
  3. Pour the milk into the espresso in a 1:1 ratio.
  4. Stir in sugar to taste and enjoy!
