Ingredients:
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons steamed milk
- Sugar (optional)
Method:
- Brew a fresh shot of espresso and pour it into a small glass.
- Sift the cocoa powder over the espresso.
- Steam milk until frothy (using a milk frother or steam wand) and spoon a dollop of froth over the top.
- Stir in sugar to taste.
- Garnish with extra cocoa powder on top and enjoy.
