Caffe Marocchino

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons steamed milk
  • Sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and pour it into a small glass.
  2. Sift the cocoa powder over the espresso.
  3. Steam milk until frothy (using a milk frother or steam wand) and spoon a dollop of froth over the top.
  4. Stir in sugar to taste.
  5. Garnish with extra cocoa powder on top and enjoy.
