Coffee Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of cold brew coffee (or espresso)
  • 4 ounces of tonic water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice (for garnish)
  • Simple syrup or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the cold brew coffee or espresso.
  3. Add tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Optionally, add a small amount of syrup to sweeten.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon or an orange peel.
