Affogato al Caffe

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of high-quality vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 shot of freshly brewed espresso (about 1 ounce)
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings (optional)

Method:

  1. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a small dessert glass or bowl.
  2. Brew a shot of espresso.
  3. Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream and garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
