Vanilla Latte with Rosetta Art

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 shot of espresso
    • 6 oz steamed milk
    • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • Technique: Rosetta (Fern)
    • Instructions:
      1. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into your cup.
      2. Steam the milk until smooth with microfoam.
      3. Add the vanilla syrup to the espresso.
      4. Pour the milk into the espresso slowly, and begin a gentle back-and-forth motion to form a fern or rosetta shape.
    • Tip: A good Rosetta requires precise pouring and quick back-and-forth motion to form the leaves.
