Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 20g of freshly ground coffee (medium grind)
    • 300ml of water (around 200°F or 93°C)
  • Instructions:
    1. Place a filter in the V60 dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
    2. Add the ground coffee to the filter.
    3. Slowly pour the hot water in a circular motion, starting from the center and working your way out. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring in small circles until you’ve added all the water.
    4. Let the coffee drain completely. Serve and enjoy!
