- Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or a small slice of fresh ginger
- Instructions:
- Place the coffee grounds in the pour-over filter.
- Add the ground ginger or fresh ginger slice on top of the coffee grounds.
- Slowly pour hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, allowing the coffee to bloom and drip.
- Stir after brewing to ensure the ginger flavor is mixed in well.
