Ginger Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or a small slice of fresh ginger
  • Instructions:
    1. Place the coffee grounds in the pour-over filter.
    2. Add the ground ginger or fresh ginger slice on top of the coffee grounds.
    3. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee in a circular motion, allowing the coffee to bloom and drip.
    4. Stir after brewing to ensure the ginger flavor is mixed in well.
