Chocolate Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Instructions:
    1. Add coffee grounds to the filter.
    2. Mix the cocoa powder with the coffee grounds.
    3. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee in a circular motion.
    4. Let the coffee drip through, stirring gently to blend the cocoa flavor.
