Nutmeg and Honey Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Instructions:
    1. Place the coffee grounds in the filter.
    2. Sprinkle ground nutmeg over the coffee grounds.
    3. Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion to let the coffee bloom.
    4. Stir in honey to the brewed coffee for a touch of sweetness.
