- Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Instructions:
- Place the coffee grounds in the filter.
- Sprinkle ground nutmeg over the coffee grounds.
- Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion to let the coffee bloom.
- Stir in honey to the brewed coffee for a touch of sweetness.
