Classic Pour-Over Coffee

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
    • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
  • Instructions:
    1. Place a filter in your pour-over cone and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste.
    2. Add the coffee grounds to the filter.
    3. Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion, starting from the center and spiraling outward, wetting all the grounds evenly.
    4. Let the coffee drip through. Pour the remaining water in increments, allowing the coffee to bloom and drip evenly.
