Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons coarsely ground coffee
- 10 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil (or coconut oil)
Instructions:
- Brew the coffee in your French Press with the desired amount of coarsely ground coffee and hot water.
- Once the coffee is ready, pour it into a blender.
- Add the butter and MCT oil to the blender.
- Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until the coffee becomes frothy and creamy.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy.
