- Ingredients:
- Finely ground Turkish coffee
- Cold water
- Sugar (optional)
- Instructions:
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of Turkish coffee per 3 oz of cold water into a cezve.
- Add sugar (if desired) and stir well.
- Place the cezve over low heat and bring it to a boil. When it foams, remove it from the heat, then return it to the heat and repeat 2-3 times.
- Pour into small cups, allowing the grounds to settle.
