Greek Coffee with Honey

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 60 ml cold water
  • Instructions:
    • In the briki, add the coffee and cold water, stirring to combine. Place over low heat.
    • When foam begins to form, remove from heat and allow it to settle.
    • Add the honey to the coffee after the second heating and mix gently.
    • Repeat the process 2-3 times, then pour into a small cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
