- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
- 1-2 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 60 ml cold water
- Instructions:
- Add the cloves, sugar, and coffee to the briki along with the cold water.
- Stir to dissolve and heat over low heat until foam begins to form. Remove from heat and let it settle, then return to the heat.
- Repeat 2-3 times, then pour into a cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
