Greek Coffee with Rosewater

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
    • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
    • 60 ml cold water
    • 2-3 drops of rosewater
  • Instructions:
    • Combine the coffee, sugar, and cold water in the briki. Stir to dissolve the coffee and sugar.
    • Heat over low heat until foam begins to form. Remove from the heat, allow to settle, then return to the heat.
    • Repeat this process 2-3 times.
    • Add the rosewater just before serving, and pour into a small cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
