- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
- 1 cinnamon stick (or a pinch of ground cinnamon)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 60 ml cold water
- Instructions:
- Add the cinnamon stick, sugar, and coffee to the briki with cold water. Stir gently to combine.
- Heat over low heat until foam forms. Remove from heat and allow to settle, then return to the heat.
- Repeat the process 2-3 times and pour into a small cup.
