- Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Greek coffee
- 1-2 cardamom pods, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 60 ml cold water
- Instructions:
- Place the crushed cardamom pods with the coffee, sugar, and cold water in a briki.
- Stir to combine and heat over low heat until foam begins to form.
- Remove from heat, allow to settle, then return to heat, repeating the process 2-3 times.
- Pour into a cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
