Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese ground coffee (robusta)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 scoops coconut ice cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Hot water

Steps:

  1. Brew Coffee: Brew strong Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter.
  2. Mix with Condensed Milk: While the coffee is still hot, mix it with sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Serve Over Ice: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the sweetened coffee over.
  4. Top with Ice Cream: Place 2 scoops of coconut ice cream on top of the coffee.
  5. Stir and Serve: Stir to melt the ice cream into the coffee, creating a rich, creamy drink.
