Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons strong Vietnamese ground coffee (robusta)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Hot water

Steps:

  1. Brew Coffee: Brew strong Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter.
  2. Mix with Condensed Milk: While the coffee is still hot, mix it with sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Serve Over Ice: Fill a glass with ice and pour the sweetened coffee over the ice.
  4. Stir and Enjoy: Stir the coffee to mix and enjoy the refreshing, sweet coffee.
