Instant Coffee Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strong instant coffee (2 teaspoons of instant coffee in 1/2 cup hot water)
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Steps:

  1. Make Coffee: Prepare strong instant coffee and let it cool.
  2. Whip Cream: Whip the heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine: Mix mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract, then fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Dip Ladyfingers: Briefly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  5. Layer: Spread the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers. Repeat layers.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. Dust: Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
  8. Serve: Enjoy your no-bake instant coffee tiramisu!
