Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Water: Place the Turkish coffee and cold water in the cezve.
- Add Almond Extract: Stir in the almond extract and sugar if desired.
- Heat Slowly: Stir to combine and heat over low heat.
- Foam and Brew: Let the coffee foam, remove from heat, and return 2-3 times to create a thick foam.
- Serve: Pour into cups, dividing the foam, and let the grounds settle.
