Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Pistachios: Place the finely ground coffee and crushed pistachios into the cezve.
- Add Water and Sugar: Pour in cold water and sugar if you want it sweetened.
- Heat Slowly: Stir the mixture once, then heat the cezve on low heat.
- Foam and Brew: When the coffee starts to foam, remove from heat. Return it to heat 2-3 times for the perfect foam.
- Serve: Pour the coffee into cups, divide the foam, and let the grounds settle.
