Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Cocoa: Add Turkish coffee and cocoa powder to the cezve.
- Add Water and Sugar: Pour in cold water and sugar if desired.
- Heat Slowly: Heat the cezve over low heat, stirring once to combine.
- Foam and Brew: Allow the coffee to foam, remove from heat just before it overflows, and repeat 2-3 times.
- Serve: Pour into cups, divide the foam, and let the grounds settle
