Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Cinnamon: Place Turkish coffee and ground cinnamon into the cezve.
- Add Water and Sugar: Pour in cold water and sugar if desired.
- Heat Slowly: Heat the coffee over low heat, stirring just once.
- Foam and Brew: Let the coffee foam up, then remove from the heat before it overflows. Repeat 2-3 times for thick foam.
- Serve: Pour the coffee into cups, dividing the foam, and allow the grounds to settle.
