Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon rose water
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Water: Add the Turkish coffee and cold water to the cezve.
- Add Rose Water: Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of rose water along with sugar if desired.
- Heat Slowly: Place the cezve over low heat. Stir once to combine, but do not stir while brewing.
- Foam and Brew: Let the coffee rise in the cezve, removing it from heat just before it overflows. Repeat 2-3 times.
- Serve: Pour into cups, ensuring the foam is evenly distributed. Let the grounds settle.
