Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely ground Turkish coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Water
- Sugar (optional)
Steps:
- Add Coffee and Cardamom: Add 1 tablespoon of Turkish coffee and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom to the cezve.
- Add Water and Sugar: Pour in the cold water and add sugar if desired.
- Heat Slowly: Place the cezve over low heat, stirring only once.
- Foam and Brew: As the coffee heats, remove it before it overflows, then return it to heat. Repeat 2-3 times.
- Serve: Pour into small cups, dividing the foam evenly, and allow the grounds to settle before drinking.
