Lemon Zest Pour-Over Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Dripper: Place the filter in your dripper and rinse it with hot water.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds and sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest.
  3. Pour Water: Pour hot water slowly, starting from the center and moving outward in circular motions. Let the coffee bloom, then continue pouring until you’ve brewed 8 oz of coffee.
  4. Serve: Enjoy the refreshing, citrus-infused pour-over coffee.
