Ingredients:
- 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
- 8 oz filtered water
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Steps:
- Prepare Your Dripper: Place the filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water.
- Add Coffee Grounds: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds, then sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
- Pour Water: Pour hot water slowly over the coffee grounds in circular motions. Let it bloom, then continue pouring until you’ve brewed 8 oz of coffee.
- Serve: Enjoy the aromatic, spicy flavor of cardamom in your pour-over.
