Vanilla Pour-Over Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Dripper: Place your filter in the dripper and rinse with hot water to remove any paper taste.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds to the filter.
  3. Add Vanilla: Stir 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into your hot water before pouring.
  4. Pour Water: Slowly pour the hot water over the grounds in a circular motion. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring until you have 8 oz of brewed coffee.
  5. Serve: Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy the sweet, aromatic flavor.
