Cinnamon Pour-Over Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1–2 tbsp coffee grounds
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps:

  1. Prepare Your Dripper: Place your filter in the pour-over dripper.
  2. Add Cinnamon: Add 1–2 tablespoons of coffee grounds, and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on top of the grounds.
  3. Pour Water: Pour hot water in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outward, in small increments. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, then continue pouring until you’ve used 8 oz of water.
  4. Serve: Once brewed, serve immediately and enjoy the spiced aroma.
