Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso
- 6 oz steamed milk (whole milk or your preferred milk)
- 1 tsp dried lavender buds
- 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
- Lavender sprig (optional, for garnish)
Steps:
- Make Lavender Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1 tsp of lavender buds. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and strain out the lavender.
- Brew the Espresso: Brew a single shot of espresso.
- Steam the Milk: Steam 6 oz of milk until it’s smooth and velvety.
- Mix the Lavender Syrup: Add 1–2 teaspoons of the lavender honey syrup to the brewed espresso.
- Combine: Pour the steamed milk into the espresso and lavender mixture.
- Top (Optional): Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender or a drizzle of honey.
