Lavender Honey Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 6 oz steamed milk (whole milk or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tsp dried lavender buds
  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • Lavender sprig (optional, for garnish)

Steps:

  1. Make Lavender Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1 tsp of lavender buds. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and strain out the lavender.
  2. Brew the Espresso: Brew a single shot of espresso.
  3. Steam the Milk: Steam 6 oz of milk until it’s smooth and velvety.
  4. Mix the Lavender Syrup: Add 1–2 teaspoons of the lavender honey syrup to the brewed espresso.
  5. Combine: Pour the steamed milk into the espresso and lavender mixture.
  6. Top (Optional): Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender or a drizzle of honey.
