Iced Ristretto

Ingredients:

  • 1 ristretto shot (15–20ml of water)
  • Ice cubes
  • Cold water (optional, for dilution)

Steps:

  1. Brew the Ristretto: Pull a shot of ristretto into a small glass.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Fill a separate glass with ice cubes.
  3. Combine: Pour the ristretto shot over the ice. You can add a small splash of cold water to mellow the strong flavor if desired.
  4. Stir: Stir the drink to combine the coffee and ice, allowing it to chill.
