Ristretto with Hot Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 ristretto shot (15–20ml of water)
  • 50–70ml hot water (depending on your taste)

Steps:

  1. Brew the Ristretto: Pull a ristretto shot with 15–20ml of water.
  2. Add Hot Water: Pour the brewed ristretto into your cup and top with 50–70ml of hot water.
  3. Stir: Stir lightly to combine. This will soften the intensity of the ristretto while still keeping its bold flavor.
