Saras Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (Optional)
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 4 cups brewed coffee, chilled
  • ½ cup cream

Directions:

  1. Stir vanilla extract and sugar into boiling water until sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate until cool, about 30 minutes.
  2. Chill four glasses, if desired.
  3. Divide ice and chilled coffee evenly between four glasses. Stir in sugar mixture and cream to taste.
