Kale and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby kale
  • ¼ cup plain or coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice

Directions

  1. Add kale, yogurt, pineapple, coconut milk and orange juice to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.
  2. Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth
